The Financial Solutions Advisor provides customized financial advice and solutions, manages client relationships, and recommends investment strategies to meet financial goals.

Originates residential mortgage loans and HELOCs within a financial center, advising clients on borrowing and banking products, managing mortgage applications and documentation, conducting outreach and pipeline follow-up, and partnering with internal teams to deliver excellent client service while balancing sales goals and regulatory compliance (including SAFE Act registration).

Assess and value leased equipment, establish residual and collateral values, support structuring of lease and loan transactions, perform appraisals and inspections, advise internal partners, support credit/negotiations and portfolio impairment testing, and manage vendor and market relationships to mitigate asset risk.

Lead a team to drive digital card acquisition through performance analysis, funnel optimization, forecasting, and strategic channel management. Use data-driven insights to improve conversion, ROI, and portfolio performance while partnering with Product, Marketing, Technology, Risk, and Compliance. Coach staff, identify trends, build roadmaps, and champion cross-functional initiatives to optimize customer journeys and profitability.

Configure and implement business strategies into marketing decision engines; design and develop operational initiatives, support testing and triage, translate requirements into decision logic, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Technology teams, and use SQL/Python/SAS and decisioning platforms to enable cross-channel targeting and eligibility.

Provide comprehensive financial advice and customized investment solutions to clients. Triage leads, build financial plans, recommend brokerage products, make referrals to internal partners, identify new clients, and ensure regulatory compliance including SAFE Act registration when applicable.

Support the Treasury Sales Officer by researching clients/prospects, preparing proposals and pricing models, managing the sales pipeline, conducting portfolio reviews and upsells, coordinating fulfillment with partner teams, resolving client issues, and maintaining accurate sales data and client communications.

Manage employment litigation and investigations involving whistleblower, retaliation, fraud, and regulatory matters under SOX, Dodd-Frank, and state laws. Provide strategic employment and labor counsel to HR, Employee Relations, and business leaders; direct outside counsel; lead investigations; draft and negotiate legal documents; and advise senior management on legal risks and resolution strategies.
