Associate Counsel will manage LTK’s global trademark portfolio, copyright and DMCA safe-harbor program, advertising and endorsement compliance, marketing legal review, and related litigation. The role directs outside counsel, handles enforcement matters, advises on US and international regulations, and builds scalable legal processes, playbooks, training, reporting, and AI-assisted workflows. Responsibilities also include ADA accessibility matters, trade-secret frameworks, music licensing, content clearance, and cross-functional support for technology and creator-commerce teams.

Design and deliver scalable creator education, onboarding, accelerator programs, webinars, and events. Create presentations, playbooks, and enablement materials; facilitate workshops and one-to-many coaching; analyze feedback and program performance; partner cross-functionally to improve creator experiences; manage multiple high-impact projects and support onsite event execution.
