Senior Producer remotely monitors and supports 24/7 local news content streams across Scripps markets. Responsibilities include curating, organizing, writing, and producing local news; coordinating with station leadership; making real-time editorial decisions; overseeing playout; improving workflows; training teams on new technologies; and advancing Scripps’ content strategy. The role requires strong news judgment, creativity, deadline management, communication, independent decision-making, and at least six years of television news producing experience.
