Advise building owners, design teams, and regulators on historic preservation certification and historic tax credit eligibility. Prepare regulatory filings, review architectural plans for SOI Standards compliance, perform archival and online research, produce persuasive technical documentation, manage client relationships, and supervise project teams. Travel to field sites and Ryan offices as required.

Provide litigation-focused paralegal support: manage docket and case documents, assist third-party attorneys, draft pleadings and discovery under supervision, liaise with clients and vendors, coordinate meetings, manage e-billing, and maintain confidential legal files and processes.
