Develops and delivers nursing orientation, competency training, continuing education, and professional development programs for behavioral health and other clinical staff. Evaluates and improves educational content using adult learning principles, research, and nursing standards. Provides coaching and mentorship to nurses, preceptors, and residents, while coordinating in-services, specialty training, Grand Rounds, and required competencies including CPI, behavioral health, restraint, and constant observer training.
