Develops new dealer floorplan business within a defined territory through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, underwriting, contracting, and account onboarding. Manages customer portfolios, credit analysis, inventory audits, default situations, compliance documentation, and account growth. Uses Salesforce to track sales activity and pipeline performance while collaborating with regional and territory teams. Requires financial statement analysis, automotive finance expertise, risk assessment, and relationship management skills.

Leads commercial analytics and business intelligence strategy, including executive dashboards, account reporting, revenue and pricing analytics, operational KPIs, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modeling. Partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve revenue, profitability, customer retention, and marketplace performance. Presents insights to executives and customers while managing analytics teams, budgets, vendors, and BI scalability.
