Responsibilities include product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance growth and improve customer engagement.

Lead and manage a team of strategic sellers to meet quotas, grow new license revenue, execute enterprise solution-selling (including POCs and ROI cases), forecast in Salesforce, collaborate with sales engineering and analytics, and drive enterprise deals and renewals with Fortune 500 customers.

Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models and scoring systems to detect fraud and scams across voice and IVR. Analyze fraud patterns, support investigations, productionize research with engineering, improve identity signals, and maintain reproducible research and evaluation pipelines.

Conduct research and develop algorithms for real-time video processing and deepfake detection, translating machine learning models for production use.

Lead and scale engineering teams building Protect, a real-time multi-signal fraud detection platform. Set technical strategy, develop managers and senior engineers, deliver distributed systems and APIs, improve architecture, observability, reliability, and developer productivity while partnering with Product, Research, Security, and exec stakeholders.

Lead DevOps strategy and team to improve CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes-based delivery, multi-cloud (AWS/GCP) operations, observability, incident response, and cloud cost optimization. Drive automation, release workflows, environment management, and adoption of AI-powered DevOps tools to increase engineering velocity, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Design, build, deploy, and operate low-latency, secure backend authentication services and APIs using Go/Python on AWS/GCP.
