Serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams. Develop staffing strategies, identify and recruit Key Personnel, conduct incumbent workforce research, provide market intelligence and compensation analysis, build talent pipelines, track staffing risk and proposal metrics, and maintain ATS and proposal staffing documentation to support competitive federal contract pursuits.
