Leads GovCon pricing strategy and a small pricing team for complex federal proposals. Develops cost models, estimates, rate structures, Price-to-Win analyses, profitability scenarios, and compliant cost volumes. Advises executives on bid decisions, pricing risks, margins, and competitive positioning while partnering with Finance, Contracts, Growth, Capture, Programs, and Operations. Requires extensive U.S. Government contracting pricing experience across CPFF, T&M, FFP, IDIQ, GWAC, and GSA vehicles.
