Meet quota and sales metrics while building account knowledge and internal relationships.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Arcadia's platform: develop project plans, manage data integration (EHR/claims), coordinate teams and third parties, escalate and resolve risks, validate and train customers, and drive go-live and process improvements to ensure customer value and retention.

Own Arcadia’s revenue operating system, including Salesforce, forecasting, pricing, SKUs, quote-to-cash, KPI frameworks, sales compensation, and AI-powered reporting. Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. Build scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and sales efficiency, and drive predictable growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Leads commercial growth initiatives from concept through traction, including market sizing, business cases, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional execution. Drives executive committee operating rhythms, board preparation, strategic initiative tracking, decision-making, and accountability across Product, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and executive stakeholders.

Own product-layer performance for agentic AI systems in healthcare. Design prompting, retrieval, context, memory, tool use, evaluation, escalation, and human-review workflows. Build production-grounded evaluations, diagnose failures, improve accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and steerability, and approve model changes. Partner with Product and Engineering while maintaining model cards, intended-use guidance, limitations, and failure-mode documentation for safe, transparent deployment.

Own enterprise customer relationships from implementation through ongoing value realization. Lead data connector and platform configuration projects, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage account health and risks, conduct QBRs and EBRs, support adoption and renewals, and maintain trusted client partnerships. The role also involves documentation, process improvement, stakeholder communication, and mentoring teammates.

Analyze healthcare claims and clinical data to build data models, analytical pipelines, predictive and risk-model inputs, dashboards, scorecards, and reusable analytics assets. Translate ambiguous customer and clinical questions into actionable data plans, manage delivery across stakeholders, present findings to customers, maintain quality standards, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to analytics roadmaps, automation, and scalable methodologies.

Own and engineer Arcadia's go-to-market technology stack (Salesforce, Planhat, RocketLane), building integrations, automations, and AI agents. Lead platform overhaul, data quality, reporting, deployments, documentation, user enablement, and cross-team partnership to scale Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations.

Lead and architect high-value healthcare analytics engagements, build reusable analytic frameworks (DBT), partner with product and engineering, mentor analysts, ensure analytic quality, and represent Arcadia externally to drive population health and value-based care outcomes.

Lead strategy and execution for customer, partner, and internal training to drive onboarding, product adoption, and measurable outcomes. Build role-based curricula, scale asynchronous learning (LMS, video, interactive), embed enablement in product release readiness, and hire/manage a small instructional design team while ensuring KPIs, governance, and certification programs.
