Develop and support IBM Maximo solutions for federal, commercial, and nonprofit customers. Responsibilities include application customization, workflow and report development, integrations, database migration, debugging, deployment, troubleshooting, source control, technical leadership, requirements gathering, and customer support. Analyzes business and technical requirements, improves asset-management processes, and proposes IBM Maximo enhancements. The role develops custom applications, reports, and interfaces; performs system administration; trains and supports end users; and communicates with technical staff, non-technical personnel, and USPS stakeholders. The position requires at least 25% travel and may involve government background screening, credentialing, or clearance.

Lead enterprise data strategy, governance, analysis, migration, validation, and integration for IBM Maximo implementations. Coordinate migration workstreams, develop migration approaches and objects, execute data transformations, conduct quality reviews, and collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, reliable data aligned with organizational objectives.
