Owns end-to-end project execution for government customers, including scope, budget, schedule, deliverables, staffing, financial tracking, quality, contractual compliance, and stakeholder communication. The role also supports business development, proposal development, customer meetings, risk analysis, and technical problem solving. Candidates must manage technical teams or projects, obtain a Secret clearance, and be U.S. citizens. PMP certification, Agile experience, systems or software engineering experience, and Department of War contract experience are preferred.
