Administers recurring payroll processes, including payroll changes, tax filings, reconciliations, year-end reporting, audits, and compliance. Maintains accurate HRIS records, supports onboarding and offboarding, manages I-9 compliance and background checks, and responds to employee payroll and benefits inquiries. The role requires knowledge of payroll regulations, HRIS and timekeeping systems, strong Excel skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
