Provides technical analysis and advisory support to legal teams handling intellectual property disputes involving software, algorithms, digital content, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights. Conducts research, investigates complex technology issues, supports case and client file management, helps develop solutions, and may assist with project scoping and delivery. Requires advanced education in computer science or engineering and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Draft, review, and negotiate debt finance documents, including loan agreements, security documents, commitment letters, and term sheets. Manage transactional deal teams, due diligence, closings, post-closing matters, client communications, and legal research. Advise borrowers, lenders, and financial institutions on syndicated lending, leveraged finance, refinancing, and structured finance transactions. Mentor junior lawyers and support client development and educational initiatives.
