Own complex, multi-site enterprise robotics customer programs from scoping through production deployment and early adoption. Provide high-level support to C-suite executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, communications, expenses, confidential information, and cross-functional initiatives. Serve as a trusted strategic partner, coordinate stakeholders, resolve scheduling and operational issues, prepare executive materials, and support events and special projects. Use AI and automation tools to streamline executive workflows and improve organizational efficiency.
