Manage a portfolio of customers through onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build customer relationships, monitor health metrics, identify churn risks and growth opportunities, provide product training, coordinate issue resolution, maintain success documentation, track performance metrics, and relay customer feedback to internal teams.

Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, posting to ledgers, preparing trial balances and financial reports, processing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, completing tax forms, and supporting compliance. The role also requires data entry, transaction verification, spreadsheet use, and coordination with the accounting team.
