Lead hydraulic and stormwater management design for transportation and infrastructure projects. Oversee hydrology and hydraulic analyses, stormwater and pond designs, culvert and bridge design, permitting, and erosion control. Mentor junior engineers, manage deliverables, ensure MassDOT and FHWA compliance, perform quality control, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Develop and administer QuickBase applications, workflows, pipelines, and web-based project management and field data tools. Provide technical support, training, and best-practice guidance to staff, project teams, vendors, and clients. Analyze complex problems, recommend solutions, and manage QuickBase projects through implementation and maintenance. The role requires QuickBase Builder and Pipelines Builder certifications, with Python, HTML, and Jinja experience preferred.
