Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams on power, healthcare, and industrial projects, support proposals and growth initiatives, and mentor engineers. The role requires at least five years of I&C experience and includes 20–30% project-related travel.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through closeout while applying first-principles analysis to complex industrial and nuclear systems. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, technical solution development, review of engineering deliverables, project scope and budget management, risk mitigation, client communication, proposal support, and coordination across engineering disciplines.
