Provides knowledge management and SharePoint administration support for NAVSEA 04. Maintains classified and unclassified repositories, permissions, taxonomies, metadata, records, and collaboration environments. Supports information assurance, RMF validation, electronic spillage processes, data calls, reporting metrics, user assistance, training, and system improvements. Coordinates with Navy stakeholders, CIO staff, and contractors to improve information flow, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with Department of Defense and Navy policies.

Coordinates high-level diplomatic initiatives involving U.S. agencies, foreign governments, international organizations, and technology companies. Manages global convenings, summits, public-private partnerships, stakeholder commitments, technology deployments, travel logistics, tracking systems, reports, decision memos, and after-action documentation. Supports NAVSEA 04 financial management through POM analysis, budget-cycle funding reviews, IT requirements tracking, financial execution analysis, unfunded requirements management, Cost of Doing Business tracking, purchase card compliance, and leadership briefing preparation. Coordinates with program offices, CFO leadership, NEPS, and EDW project teams. The role requires DoD financial process knowledge, Navy financial systems experience, Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and five days per week onsite at Washington Navy Yard.

Supports Navy shipyard leadership through legislative analysis, congressional engagement, public affairs, media relations, executive briefings, speeches, and strategic communications. Tracks defense budgets, congressional hearings, audits, political and technological trends, and relevant events. Produces reports, fact sheets, press releases, talking points, presentations, web content, and defense trade articles while coordinating media inquiries, briefings, symposia materials, and public release archives.

Supports U.S. Department of State global health policy and foreign assistance objectives across sub-Saharan Africa. Coordinates country implementation plans and MOUs, analyzes international health developments, develops policy recommendations, prepares briefings and reports, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and represents U.S. positions in bilateral, multilateral, and interagency discussions. Requires strong diplomatic, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, plus experience in international health or development programs.

Provides senior business and functional analysis for NAVSUP software modernization projects. Elicits and manages requirements, decomposes work into Agile backlog items, defines acceptance criteria, maintains traceability, supports SDLC activities, coordinates testing and deployment, and facilitates Scrum events. The role also develops roadmaps and metrics, supports production outages, prepares release materials, trains users, transfers knowledge, and mentors Government personnel. Requires Agile delivery experience, business requirements expertise, SQL and Excel proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and successful completion of a Public Trust investigation.

Provides technical and strategic support for global polio eradication programs, including program design, policy development, country engagement, performance metrics, health financing, monitoring, and adaptive strategies. The role develops guidance, training materials, reports, briefings, and recommendations while coordinating with governments, donors, partners, and U.S. Department of State stakeholders. It requires extensive global health program management experience and a Secret clearance.
