Coordinates hotel human resources activities, including hiring and onboarding, HRIS processing, personnel files, benefits and payroll support, employee communications, compliance records, HR reporting, training coordination, and employee events. Maintains confidentiality, answers employee questions, supports orientations, monitors employment documentation and logs, and reports workplace incidents and workers’ compensation claims.

Supports the hotel Sales and Catering department through administrative and clerical work, including answering communications, filing, correspondence, office supply management, meeting minutes, trace files, banquet event orders, and guest greeting. Provides courteous service to guests and clients, maintains confidentiality, attends required meetings and training, and assists with smooth hotel office operations.
