Marketing interns support NGIN’s startup community while working closely with the COO and interacting with entrepreneurs and companies. The role offers exposure to startup operations, networking, community building, and company growth. Successful candidates are outgoing, proactive, organized, dependable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about entrepreneurship. Interns receive mentorship, resume and cover letter feedback, and opportunities to take on responsibility in a dynamic workplace.

Supports a startup community by greeting clients, answering calls and emails, logging client data, celebrating member accomplishments, maintaining shared kitchen areas, and engaging with entrepreneurs and business professionals. The intern works closely with the COO, handles day-to-day business activities, contributes ideas, and may take on additional responsibilities. The unpaid internship offers college credit and requires 20–25 hours weekly in the Boston/Cambridge area.
