Solicit and manage group hotel business across assigned markets, generate new accounts, conduct direct sales outreach, book meetings and events, arrange site inspections, attend industry functions, maintain client relationships, forecast revenue, coordinate with hotel departments, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while delivering excellent guest service.

The role also leads, mentors, and develops the finance team while ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to Hilton, ownership, and regulatory standards.

Drives hotel group sales and revenue by developing new accounts, managing client relationships, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and guiding opportunities from inquiry through operational handoff. Conducts property tours, sales calls, trade shows, and networking activities while maintaining pipelines, records, forecasts, and revenue targets. Collaborates with revenue management, catering, events, front office, food and beverage, and operations teams to ensure successful group events, resolve concerns, and deliver strong guest satisfaction.
