Leads human resources for a senior living community while overseeing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgets, and business office operations. Manages recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, HR records, workforce planning, and HR reporting. Oversees and develops the Concierge team, promoting hospitality and service excellence for residents, families, visitors, and employees.

Performs accounting and clerical support, including resident and health center billing data entry, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination while providing hospitality-focused service to residents, employees, and guests.
