Owns the design, administration, security, modernization, and recovery of Liquidia’s hybrid IT infrastructure across Azure, servers, virtualization, storage, and enterprise networks. Provides hands-on engineering, roadmap development, disaster recovery, patching, automation, vendor direction, documentation, and onsite support for manufacturing and laboratory systems. Ensures infrastructure complies with SOX, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements while coordinating qualification, validation, change control, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Leads Legal and Compliance department operations, including process improvement, legal technology administration, knowledge management, outside counsel and vendor management, budgeting, contract operations, reporting, compliance support, and insurance administration. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to improve efficiency, scalability, risk management, and service delivery.
