Responsibilities include developing sales opportunities, assessing customer needs, preparing estimates and proposals, creating scopes of work, managing customer relationships, closing projects, updating the CRM, and occasionally participating in project management. The role requires outside sales experience, technical aptitude, blueprint familiarity, customer-service skills, and a valid driver’s license.
