Serves as the first point of contact for clients by answering, screening, and directing calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming remote customer experience. Provides administrative and clerical support, maintains accurate filing and recordkeeping systems, and performs related office duties. The role is full-time with weekday hours and rotating Saturday shifts.

Convert inbound leads into new business through phone outreach and follow-up emails. Identify prospective client needs using active listening and interviewing, achieve quarterly sales closure goals, collaborate with internal teams on pipeline development and deal closures, and maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems.
