Coordinates national sports-based mentoring activations across BBBS agencies, including event logistics, partner and agency communication, deliverable tracking, reporting, and follow-up. Documents lessons learned, gathers feedback and impact stories, develops case studies and best practices, maintains program resources and dashboards, and contributes recommendations for future program investment and support. The role is fully remote within the continental United States, with 15% travel and occasional evening or weekend events.

Leads major individual giving efforts by managing a 100–150 donor portfolio, identifying and qualifying prospects, cultivating relationships, soliciting five- and six-figure gifts, and stewarding donors. Develops personalized fundraising strategies, gift proposals, briefing materials, and stewardship reports; collaborates with executives, board members, local agencies, programs, and communications teams. Maintains donor records in Salesforce, tracks pipeline and revenue performance, supports continuous improvement, and travels approximately 25–30% for donor engagement and organizational meetings.
