Provides application and technical support for business systems and JDE users. Assists with point-of-sale, point-solution, and JDE implementations, upgrades, patches, testing, documentation, and process improvement. Supports subsidiary companies through travel, scheduled on-call coverage, and technical emergency response. Requires knowledge of business systems and processes, strong communication and team-building skills, and a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
