Serve as candidates’ primary contact, provide timely communication, and collaborate with regional managers and hiring specialists to route strong candidates into active searches.

Recruit candidates and manage family-specific hiring searches, including sourcing, job postings, resume screening, interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications. Own a geographic territory by building and nurturing candidate supply. Support client outreach, sales, onboarding, check-ins, pipeline tracking, CRM updates, website content, and process administration while delivering a positive experience for families and candidates.
