Manage activation programs, paid media across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, acquisition and GOTV content, funnel analytics, and weekly performance reporting. Lead the transition of paid media in-house, test new channels, drive product activation and revenue, and support candidate trainings and campaign promotions.

Manage a website refresh with an external agency, coordinating timelines, approvals, assets, and internal stakeholders.
