Own and build Ceresti’s marketing function across brand positioning, B2B demand generation, digital infrastructure, content, sales enablement, DTC strategy, conferences, partnerships, and field marketing. Lead a small team, manage agencies, generate measurable pipeline, support executive thought leadership, and partner with sales, clinical, product, and executive leadership. The role requires healthcare marketing expertise, strong HubSpot and digital marketing fluency, startup experience, creative execution, and team-building leadership.

Conduct outbound calls to family caregivers, explain Ceresti’s support program, assess needs, secure enrollments, document interactions in CRM systems, manage follow-ups, and coordinate handoffs. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, conversion performance, HIPAA compliance, accurate documentation, and caregiver experience in a fully remote environment.

Design and own Ceresti’s end-to-end data architecture, including secure raw-data storage, validated file and API ingestion, Postgres pipelines, and curated analytics layers. Establish governance for HIPAA-protected data, data quality, lineage, observability, and access controls. Build ML feature tables and embedding capabilities, collaborate on data contracts, support Agile delivery, and mentor engineers on SQL and data-system design.

Build and maintain Ceresti’s Flutter-based iOS and Android caregiver applications. Responsibilities include native-feeling accessible UI, API integrations, secure authentication, push notifications, offline-first functionality, PHI protection, mobile CI/CD, store releases, analytics, crash monitoring, testing, and performance improvements. Collaborate within Agile teams, review code, mentor engineers, and support healthcare-focused product development.

Owns Ceresti’s consumer acquisition engine across paid media, funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and activation. The role manages paid media budgets, CAC and ROAS, landing pages, A/B testing, attribution, email and SMS nurture programs, cohort reporting, and compliance-conscious marketing data practices. The manager partners with clinical, product, engineering, operations, and client success teams while providing secondary B2B demand-generation support. The position requires healthcare DTC performance marketing expertise and operates remotely within the U.S. with occasional travel.
