Own a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Provide hands-on guidance on CRM data integrity, workflows, and governed data practices; identify risks and optimization opportunities; communicate value and ROI; re-engage at-risk accounts; handle objections; and advise stakeholders on technical solutions. The role also contributes customer insights to company processes, product improvements, and customer experience.
