Administer and validate monthly sales incentive plans, including commission calculations, reconciliations, audits, disputes, and payroll approvals. Maintain dashboards and performance reports, analyze quota attainment and revenue trends, and support sales planning, forecasting, territory alignment, and business reviews. Document controls and processes, identify data-quality issues, and assist with automation, system testing, and workflow improvements across Salesforce and reporting platforms while partnering with Sales, Finance, Payroll, HR, and IT.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and administers vendor, customer, NDA, service, licensing, and other business contracts. Evaluates product performance and iterates solutions while aligning operational, technical, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.
