Supports assigned grants by managing financial monitoring, reporting, compliance, audits, reconciliations, invoicing, and closeout. Reviews grant budgets and expenses for allowability, analyzes variances and spending trends, develops NetSuite reports, prepares donor financial reports, and coordinates with Finance, Accounting, program teams, and international stakeholders. The role also resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, supports process improvements, and ensures accurate stewardship of restricted donor funds.
