Coordinates fundraising department operations, executive support, donor services, prospect research, CRM data integrity, reporting, events, meetings, invoices, and cross-team campaigns. Manages the Development VP’s calendar, travel, expenses, and donor communications; maintains donor records and pipeline data; supports donor inquiries and stewardship; researches prospects using iWave; and tracks departmental goals and KPIs. The role also supports CRM cleanup and broader administrative projects.

Manage major and mid-level donor portfolios, cultivate and solicit individual gifts of $10,000 or more, steward donor relationships, grow giving-society membership, reactivate lapsed donors, and maintain prospect and CRM records. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of signature and donor events (WalkUnitedLA plus 10–20 annual activations), manage vendors, budgets, run-of-show, sponsorship packaging and fulfillment, coordinate cross-departmentally with Development and Marketing, maintain annual event calendar, mentor event staff, and drive participation and net revenue while ensuring mission-centered experiences.

Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to grow annual corporate and employee giving revenue through workplace campaigns, sponsorships, partner engagement, and volunteer integration. Coordinate cross-functionally on campaign logistics, maintain CRM data, prepare performance summaries, build campaign playbooks, and support employer onboarding to meet revenue, participation, and account growth goals.
