Own mortgage applications from initial scenario through settlement. Assess borrowing capacity, serviceability, credit profiles, liabilities, income, documentation, lender policies, and loan structures. Select suitable lenders, prepare submissions, manage conditions and milestones, coordinate with brokers and lenders, maintain accurate CRM records, and identify credit or compliance risks. The role requires independent management of multiple complex lending files, including PAYG and self-employed scenarios.

Provides remote user and systems support across Microsoft 365 and business platforms.
