Analyze and transform data to support project execution, supplier performance, process automation, and financial transparency. Build Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards, automate reporting with Power Automate, extract data from enterprise systems, and maintain KPI reports. Document data models, transformation logic, and workflows while collaborating with engineering, project controls, procurement, IT, finance, and other stakeholders.

Develops and maintains project cost sheets, tracks commitments, analyzes budgets and forecasts, monitors variances, processes journal entries, and reconciles materials and costs. The role supports project cash flow management, work orders, accounting allocations, vendor invoice reviews, asset registry updates, and project closeout. It collaborates with project management, accounting, tax, purchasing, contracts, and investment planning teams while using Powerplan, Maximo, E-Builder, and Microsoft Excel.

Supports Project Managers in coordinating utility engineering and construction projects. Responsibilities include managing internal and external resources, developing schedules and site requirements, reviewing RFIs, submittals, invoices, change orders, and technical bid documents, coordinating field activities, participating in contractor meetings and field reviews, and supporting E-Builder and emergency response processes. The role is hybrid and requires strong organization, communication, Excel proficiency, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
