Promotes and sells decorative surfaces, cabinet hardware, and building products across a designated territory. Develops new and existing customer accounts, creates demand among fabricators, cabinet and millwork businesses, dealers, contractors, and builders, manages sales pipelines, forecasts performance, documents activities in Salesforce, and builds relationships with customers and internal teams. Conducts daily customer meetings and travels within the territory, including some overnight travel.

Drive specification adoption and conversion by building relationships with architects, designers, and specification writers. Provide product guidance, track opportunities in CRM, collaborate with sales/distribution/fabrication partners, execute merchandising, deliver presentations and training, represent the company at industry events, and provide market feedback to internal teams.
