Drive new business development and consultative sales for consultancy services, expand strategic client relationships, manage accounts, execute sales strategies, and maintain CRM pipeline forecasts. The role requires industry networks and experience in medical devices, MedTech, automation, or robotics. It is remote but limited to the greater Boston/New England or Seattle areas and requires travel up to 50% of the time.

Operates and tele-controls robotic systems in a lab, conducts repeated testing and data collection sessions, records visual inputs and system responses, documents procedures and outcomes, reports issues, performs light scripting, and helps train new testers. The role requires careful observation, structured testing, clear documentation, and physical activity while using controllers, joysticks, and wearable interfaces.

Develop embedded Linux system software, automated test frameworks, software pipelines, and engineering tools using Python and C/C++. Support integration, debugging, validation, and containerized workflows with Docker. Collaborate with software, hardware, and test teams on camera-based, sensor-driven, and potentially robotic systems.

Conduct hands-on validation and characterization of camera, optical, and imaging systems in laboratory environments. Build fixtures, execute manual and regression tests, configure and troubleshoot devices, capture and analyze image data, and evaluate image quality metrics including noise, sharpness, exposure, and dynamic range. Perform focusing, calibration, and alignment while collaborating with hardware, firmware, software, and algorithm teams. Document procedures, defects, results, and validation summaries, and translate evolving requirements into practical test approaches.

Leads electrical and electronics engineering design for small and medium-sized products, including analog and digital circuits, PCBs, microcontrollers, sensors, motors, and power supplies. Prototypes, programs, troubleshoots, and tests products; conducts research and usability validation; reviews engineering work; mentors team members; and manages technical deliverables, scope, schedules, and costs. Supports client presentations, proposals, continuous improvement, and compliance with applicable standards.
