Own post-purchase customer success for real estate investor buyers. Responsibilities include onboarding, activation, account health scoring, retention and churn management, escalations, refund resolution, customer feedback analysis, reporting, and building playbooks from scratch. Own delivery for product features: decompose briefs into shippable increments, maintain backlog quality, define acceptance criteria and done, prioritize by value vs cost, measure and improve delivery metrics, communicate status to stakeholders, and unblock the engineering team to ensure fast, predictable shipping.

Lead creation and optimization of performance-focused ad creatives from concept to scale. Translate marketing hypotheses into testable assets, run rapid experiments, analyze CTR/CPA/ROAS results, iterate based on data, and collaborate with marketing teams to scale winning concepts while eliminating underperformers.

Manage the full provider lifecycle for a lead marketplace: source, onboard, monitor, negotiate, and offboard providers. Drive performance via data, reduce concentration risk, and increase supply quality and volume while holding partners accountable to SLAs and revenue outcomes.

Drive outward-facing product for a B2B lead marketplace: own user research, unit-economics-driven briefs, model impact, run weekly experiments, pull your own data, and ship changes that move LTV, retention, margin, or revenue.
