Provides first-line technical and customer support for Neumo’s cloud records and search products. Troubleshoots access, email, computer, account, and portal issues; manages support tickets; communicates resolutions; monitors account errors and data anomalies; creates help documentation and procedures; tracks recurring issues; and collaborates with engineering, QA, and product teams to improve customer experience.

Analyzes Canadian pension and benefits requirements, documents business and system specifications, configures CPAS v5 plan rules, and bridges clients with programming teams. Responsibilities include client relationship management, support, training, implementation participation, process improvement, quality assurance, compliance testing, defect tracking, release documentation, and invoicing support. The role manages multiple client tasks and helps deliver accurate, effective technology solutions for defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans.

Provides advanced helpdesk support for court case management and jury software. Partners with engineering and product leadership while evaluating AI-assisted testing tools and developing team capabilities.
