Own and mature Neumo’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI DSS audits, risk registers, data governance, control automation, vendor assessments, and exception processes. Manage 1–2 direct reports, coordinate remediation, leverage AI/LLM tools, participate in incident management, and communicate compliance posture and risk trends to executives and the board.

Lead government software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to support. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, client relationships, reporting, documentation, and change control across multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate implementation, product, and support teams, present status to executives and government stakeholders, and contribute to PMO governance, tools, templates, and delivery methodology improvements.

Leads and coaches Product Managers and Product Owners while owning roadmap strategy, backlog priorities, product initiatives, KPIs, and delivery plans. Partners with engineering, UX, agile teams, government clients, implementation teams, and customer success to align product direction and execution. Supports portfolio planning, resource allocation, risk resolution, and team development while maintaining expertise in state and local government software.

Indexes and verifies land-record documents for customer accounts, extracting accurate information from legal documents while meeting strict quality and productivity standards. Maintains work logs, manages multiple customer-specific guidelines, meets deadlines, corrects errors, and supports document quality control and image-tagging projects.
