Develop sourcing and hiring strategies, manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinate with leaders and client groups, analyze recruiting metrics, address employee HR inquiries, maintain confidential records, and assist with HR projects. The role also leads international recruitment initiatives and provides mentorship as the recruiting function grows.

Supports project managers with project schedules, commissioning plans, documentation, meeting minutes, punch-list management, reporting templates, budgets, profitability monitoring, and invoicing. Coordinates communication among project teams, clients, engineers, general contractors, and other stakeholders. The role requires familiarity with mechanical and electrical building systems, strong organization and communication skills, extensive travel to data center worksites, and the ability to perform physically demanding site activities.

Build end-to-end data science systems spanning data lakes, pipelines, predictive models, APIs, dashboards, and operational analytics. Develop statistical and optimization models for infrastructure operations, establish data governance and quality practices, and implement federated data architectures.
