Lead the firms legal directories strategy and submissions across Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR and others. Manage annual calendar, draft matter narratives, coordinate referee outreach and researcher interviews, build a centralized matter database, track rankings, and advise/train partners and CDE colleagues to improve rankings and visibility.

Lead communications and visibility strategies for the firm, including media relations, thought leadership, awards, digital content and messaging. Build media relationships, synthesize complex legal/business matters into clear narratives, mentor junior staff, manage multi-jurisdictional communications projects, and support Client Development initiatives to raise the profile of practices and partners.

Lead business development and client engagement for the M&A practice: implement strategic BD plans, support partners with pitches/RFPs, manage research/competitive intelligence, oversee events and directory submissions, maintain engagement/experience databases, supervise and train junior staff, and collaborate on communications and profile-raising initiatives to drive practice growth.
