Identify and research new business prospects, engage and nurture leads across channels, build relationships with decision-makers, collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach, meet sales targets, represent the company at events, and report market and competitor insights.

Provide remote technical support for clients, troubleshooting Ubiquity networks, VoIP/SIP/PBX systems, cloud infrastructure, CCTV, and network buildouts. Respond via phone, email, and remote tools, log tickets, guide clients through setups, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Manage remote deployment of low-voltage systems (CCTV, network, WiFi, fiber, data lines). Plan projects, allocate resources, control budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure quality. Review architectural plans and prepare competitive bids, cost estimates, proposals, and vendor coordination. Maintain documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and provide technical guidance.
