Leads the full Human Resources function for AFI, advising executives, faculty, managers, and employees. Oversees employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruitment, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, payroll processes, HRIS administration, policies, compliance, leave administration, accommodations, immigration matters, engagement, training, and organizational development. Uses HR reporting to support decisions and partners with Finance, Legal, IT, Research Administration, ADA, and external vendors.

Edit, synthesize, organize, and write archival materials, research data, interviews, and a draft manuscript into a cohesive, publication-ready institutional history. Collaborate with Institute leadership, Communications, and senior investigators to ensure accuracy and narrative coherence. Deliver work according to agreed project milestones and deliverables.
