Develops aerospace, defense, and space business by identifying programs, shaping pursuits, creating capture plans, and closing long-term agreements. Serves as a technical advisor on interconnect, wire, cable, and harness solutions, supporting design-in, qualification, simulations, material trade-offs, and standards alignment. Builds relationships with primes and Tier-1/2 contractors, coordinates technical and sales resources, manages account strategy and forecasts, provides market intelligence, and influences product roadmaps.

Grows revenue within existing Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer accounts while developing new territory customers. Builds strategic account plans, meets sales targets, promotes products and VMI services, manages customer relationships, follows up on leads, monitors forecasts, gathers competitive intelligence, resolves complaints, documents activities in Salesforce, attends trade shows, and coordinates with internal sales and product teams. Travel may comprise up to 50% of the role.
