Support production testing of electromechanical assemblies by validating test programs, maintaining and repairing test equipment, providing technical support and operator training, creating documentation, and collaborating with Production and Engineering to improve test technologies and processes.

Manage the fiber connectivity product line end-to-end: product development, lifecycle and EOL, sales and marketing support, forecasting and S&OP participation, pricing and margin management, inventory and operations performance, market research, and strategic planning to drive revenue and market share.

Develop and execute IT channel growth strategies targeting national IT solution providers and resellers. Build partner-specific business plans, enablement content, and sales plays. Align national channel strategy with regional execution, support complex opportunities, monitor partner pipeline in CRM, lead partner reviews, represent the company at industry events, and drive measurable revenue growth.
