Manage tenants, resolve support tickets, build reports and dashboards, support release cycles, lead HCM projects and integrations, ensure data quality, and deliver training and stakeholder support.

Lead architecture and delivery of USUPs enterprise infrastructure across network, cloud, data center, voice and security domains. Define multi-year infrastructure roadmap, build scalable hybrid Azure environments, design SD-WAN/SASE and Meraki networks, implement DR and security (Zero Trust, HIPAA/PCI), support M&A integrations and clinic onboarding, and lead a distributed infrastructure engineering team while managing capital budget and vendor selection.
