Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Division, including onboarding coordination, HRIS record maintenance (BambooHR), managing personnel and compliance records, operating the HR ticketing system, maintaining SharePoint resources, supporting HR leadership with projects and process improvements, and serving as a primary contact for staff and the public.

Mediate consumer complaints involving investments, annuities, and lending; research and analyze issues; provide consumer guidance and referrals; collaborate with agencies and community partners; and support investigations, litigation, and policy work related to financial services consumer protection.
