Teach cybersecurity courses, develop and assess curriculum, hold office hours, support student success and retention, engage with industry partners, maintain professional development, and contribute to college service and administrative responsibilities.

Lead fundraising and communications to raise at least $10M annually and design an endowment campaign. Oversee integrated communications via consultants, coach a development team, expand partnerships, establish planned giving, monetize the new campus for events, and represent the college externally. Collaborate with trustees and senior leaders, set measurable goals, and drive brand, stewardship, and revenue strategies to support student scholarships and institutional growth.
